Jacksonville Carnival FAQs

How much does a carnival birthday party cost?
Three packages: $345 for one tent and four games, $475 for two tents and six games, $575 for three tents and eight games, each covering the first hour. Extra hours are $100 or $125 depending on which you choose, to a four-hour maximum. Staff, music, and prizes are included in all three — it's a run event, not a rental drop-off.
Do you rent carnival rides in Jacksonville?
We don't — no mechanical rides of any kind. We run carnival games: striped tents, booths with targets and scoring, small prizes, music, and staff working every game. If you were searching for a ride vendor, we're not it. If you wanted the carnival atmosphere for a party or school event, the games are the part that delivers it.
How much room does it take?
Thirty feet by thirty feet, flat, with nothing overhead. That covers the largest three-tent setup; smaller packages take proportionally less. Grass or hard surface both work — backyards, driveways, church parking lots, and school fields are all normal for us. If your space is tight or oddly shaped, send the dimensions and we'll tell you honestly whether it works.
How many adults do I need on hand?
Two for the one-tent package, three for the two- or three-tent packages. They hand out prizes and keep lines orderly while our staff operate the games. At school and church events the helpers are usually teachers or volunteers already on site. If you'd rather not assign anyone, the Fully Staffed Host add-on is $120 per hour and we bring those people ourselves.
What does a carnival birthday party in Jacksonville look like?
A striped tent goes up with game booths along it, music plays, and kids move from booth to booth winning small prizes. Our staff run each game, so no parent is stuck keeping score at a booth. A one-hour party suits about 25 children; larger groups get more tents and more games. Most hosts run the carnival first and cake afterwards.
Do you do schools, churches, and camps?
Regularly — field days, fall festivals, VBS weeks, summer camp days, and end-of-year celebrations. Those usually need more tents and longer hours than a birthday, so we quote them to headcount rather than a package. We carry insurance and can provide a certificate for your district or church. Schoolyards and parking lots both work as setup surfaces.
What if the weather turns?
We'll reschedule with you. If rain makes the date unworkable, our team finds another that fits your calendar; if none does, the deposit comes back to you. The deposit is what secures your date and time at booking, and the balance isn't collected until the day before, so you're never out the full amount for a washed-out day.
Do kids take prizes home?
They do. Small prizes are built into every package and go out at the booths as games are played, so each child collects something working down the midway. Hosts frequently add their own — candy, toys, or one larger prize for the final game. Pass extras to our staff during setup and they'll be handed out through the games.
