Orlando Carnival FAQs

What do carnival party packages cost in Orlando?
Packages start at $345 — one tent, four games, staff, music, and prizes for the first hour. Stepping up to two tents and six games is $475, and three tents with eight games is $575. Each additional hour adds $100 to the smallest package and $125 to the other two, to a maximum of four hours. Larger events are quoted to headcount.
Can I rent carnival rides for a party at my house?
Not from us — we don't run mechanical rides of any kind. If you need a ferris wheel or a carousel, you want an amusement ride operator with the inspection paperwork that comes with it. What we bring is the midway half: tents, game booths, small prizes, music, and staff. At a private party, that's the part guests actually interact with.
What kind of space does the setup need?
Thirty by thirty feet, flat and clear. Beyond size, what matters is level ground — game boards need to sit square or scoring gets strange. Grass, driveway, patio, parking lot, and church lawn all work. We've set up in front yards, cul-de-sacs, and community fields. If your only flat area is split in two, tell us and we'll plan tent placement around it.
Who runs the game booths?
Our staff do. What we ask from you is helpers — two for the one-tent package, three for the larger two — to hand out prizes and keep lines moving. If you'd rather everyone at your event be a guest, the Fully Staffed Host add-on is $120 per hour and covers those roles for you, so no one you invited ends up working the party.
How far into Central Florida do you travel?
Across the Orlando metro and well beyond it. Operated by Big Idea Entertainment Orlando, serving Central Florida since 2014, our crew regularly works Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties — Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Apopka, Sanford, Clermont, and Winter Garden. Locations outside the standard service area carry a travel fee, quoted with your package before you book.
Can you handle an HOA or community festival?
Yes, and those are some of our busiest events. Past three tents we quote to headcount rather than a package — more tents, more booths, more staff, sized to how many people you expect. Neighborhood socials, church festivals, city parks events, and school carnivals all work this way. Tell us expected attendance and hours and we'll build the layout around it.
What's your rain policy?
Rain means we reschedule. We'll work with you to find another date that fits, because a carnival in bad weather isn't the event you booked. If no future date works, the deposit is refunded. Florida afternoons being what they are, a passing shower usually just pauses play — it's a genuine washout we plan around, not a five-minute storm.
What prizes do the kids get?
Small prizes are included at every booth, so no child leaves a game empty-handed. Hosts often add their own, and it's worth doing if you want a grand prize for the last game of the day. Bring anything extra to setup and our staff will work it into the games rather than handing it out on the side.
