We load in, build the midway, work every booth for your whole window, and pack out. Your volunteers never end up staffing a game.

Tampa festival and community event pricing.
Community events are quoted rather than packaged, because what matters is how much midway you need and how long it runs. Foot traffic is unpredictable in a way an RSVP list is not, so we size by booth count and hours instead of headcount. Tell us the window and the space and we will quote it.
