Frequently Asked Questions

Can you complete our vendor registration or supplier onboarding forms?
Yes. Municipalities, school districts, and larger companies often require a vendor packet before we can be paid - a W-9, a signed supplier agreement, a certificate naming your entity, sometimes a portal registration. Send whatever your procurement office needs and we will complete it. Start early if a portal registration is involved, since approval runs on their timeline rather than ours.
Do you support named-additional-insured?
Yes. We routinely add named-additional-insured endorsements for venues, school districts, HOAs, churches, parks departments, and corporate hosts. Provide the exact legal name of the additional insured at booking and we will include it on the certificate.
Do your carnival games require a state ride inspection?
No. We operate booth games, not mechanical rides. Nothing we bring is an amusement ride subject to state inspection or permitting - no ferris wheels, no carousels, nothing with a passenger-carrying mechanism. What arrives is striped 10x10 tents, game booths, and staff to run them, which is why most venues can approve a carnival on a standard facility-use form.
What does the insurance cover?
Third-party bodily injury and property damage arising from our operations at your event. This is standard commercial general liability coverage, written through a top-rated carrier. It is in addition to, not instead of, the standards we maintain: trained crew, background-checked staff, and professionally maintained equipment.
What if I need higher coverage limits?
For some corporate or municipal events, hosts require limits above our standard $1M / $2M policy. We can typically arrange a higher-limit policy or a one-time event endorsement on request. Ask early, since these take longer than a standard COI.
