How cancellations and refunds work.
Big Idea Backyard Carnival Atlanta - operating as Big Idea Entertainment Atlanta LLC - runs more than 1,000 events a year across Metro Atlanta. Our policy is built to be fair both ways: it protects our crew scheduled time while giving you real flexibility for the things you cannot control. A $100 deposit secures your date and time when you book. The balance is not due until the day before your event. - 14 or more days before your event: cancel for any reason and your $100 deposit is refunded in full.
- 7 to 14 days before: your deposit converts to an event credit, good toward any future date.
- Inside 7 days: the deposit is forfeited, and you get one free reschedule to a date that works for both of us.
- Weather, at any point: exempt from the above. We reschedule, and if no future date works, your deposit is refunded.
- If we cancel: you receive your deposit back plus a 20% credit toward a future booking.
- Schools and districts on a purchase order: no deposit is taken, so there is nothing to forfeit. Cancel or reschedule by contacting our office.
