We arrive before your first block, build the midway, run every booth for the whole session, and pack out. No teacher ends up staffing a game.
Packages are set by tent count, which sets how many games run and how many students play at once. A camp group fits the packages below, and a full grade works by splitting into two rotations. Past that we run four, five, and six tent setups - more games, more hosts, priced to your enrollment and your schedule. Tell us both and we will size it.

Big Idea Entertainment Atlanta has run 3,200+ events across metro Atlanta since 2023. The hosts at your field day are on our payroll, background-checked, and trained on these booths, not day labour hired for the date.
